GlycoErase™ HEK293F-ΔST6GALNAC3 Cell Line (CAT#: GLJF-0425-JF352)

Datasheet
SizeQtyAdd To Basket
1 M cells/vial*2

Description This ST6GALNAC3 knockout (HEK293F) cell line lacks the ST6GALNAC3 protein, an ST6 N-acetylgalactosaminide alpha-2,6-sialyltransferase 3. ST6GALNAC3 belongs to a family of sialyltransferases that transfer sialic acids from CMP-sialic acid to terminal positions of carbohydrate groups in glycoproteins and glycolipids. Loss of ST6GALNAC3 function may disrupt sialylation of glycoproteins and glycolipids.
