Overview
Description
To further expand the tools available for studying glucuronidation, we are pleased to offer a UGT1A1 knockout HEK293T cell line. This cell line, deficient in the UGT1A1-encoded UDP glucuronosyltransferase 1 family member A1, provides a unique opportunity to investigate the role of glucuronidation in detoxification and metabolism of various compounds. This model, within the context of HEK293T cells, a platform widely used for gene function and regulation studies, allows for in-depth analysis of UGT1A1's contribution to the glucuronidation pathway.
