1 M cells/vial*2

Description GlycoErase™ LDHAL6A knockout CHO-K1 cell line is a CHO-K1 model without LDHAL6A expression. LDHAL6A encodes a predicted lactate dehydrogenase isoform involved in lactate and pyruvate metabolism. Localized in the cytoplasm, this enzyme may contribute to cellular redox balance. The knockout model enables functional assessment of lactate metabolism and redox homeostasis in mammalian systems.
