GlycoErase™ MGAT5B Knockout CHO-S Cell Line

CAT#: GLJF-0425-JF195

Datasheet Request COA
Overview
Description
To study MGAT5B alpha-1,5-mannosyl-glycoprotein 5-beta-O-acetylglucosaminyltransferase function in CHO-S cells, and to investigate its role in O-linked glycosylation via serine residues, the MGAT5B knockout CHO-S cell line provides a model to examine O-linked glycosylation disruption and its potential effects on O-glycosylation patterns and glycoprotein properties in CHO-S cells.
