Description
GlycoErase™ SLC35A1 knockout glycoengineered cell disrupts the CMP-sialic acid transporter that delivers nucleotide sugars into the Golgi. Defects cause congenital disorder of glycosylation type 2F (CDG2F). This model supports studies of glycan biosynthesis and metabolic disorders.
