Description To study ST6GALNAC6 ST6 N-acetylgalactosaminide alpha-2,6-sialyltransferase 6 function in CHO-S cells, and to investigate its role in modifying cell-matrix and cell-cell interactions by sialylating cell surface proteins and ceramides, the ST6GALNAC6 knockout CHO-S cell line is established to examine cell-matrix interaction disruption and its potential consequences for CHO-S cell adhesion, migration, and tumor-microenvironment interactions.
