GlycoErase™ STBD1 Knockout CHO-K1 Cell Line (CAT#: GLJF-0825-JF368)

Datasheet

1 M cells/vial*2

Description GlycoErase™ STBD1 knockout CHO-K1 cell line is a CHO-K1 model in which STBD1 expression has been eliminated. STBD1 is a glycogen-binding protein that links glycogen particles to intracellular trafficking and glycophagy, localizing to T-tubules, endoplasmic reticulum, and perinuclear regions. This knockout enables studies of glycogen turnover via selective autophagy, organelle targeting of glycogen, and energy homeostasis, supporting applications in metabolic disease modeling and glyco-cell biology.
