GlycoErase™ XYLT2 Knockout HepG2 Cell Line (CAT#: GLJF-0425-JF1133)

Datasheet
SizeQtyAdd To Basket
2 M cells/vial*2

Description XYLT2 knockout HepG2 cell line lacks XYLT2 protein, xylosyltransferase 2, also involved in glycosaminoglycan biosynthesis in liver cells, potentially redundant/specific function compared to XYLT1. XYLT2 knockout in HepG2 cells enables study of glycosaminoglycan biosynthesis disruption in liver cancer, potentially revealing functional redundancy or distinct roles of XYLT1/XYLT2 in glycosaminoglycan synthesis and related liver tumor microenvironment interactions.
