Description GlycoFlux™ human AMY1B overexpression HEK293 cell line is a stable glycoengineered line that constitutively overexpresses AMY1B, a salivary amylase isoenzyme catalyzing the first step of carbohydrate digestion. This model supports isoform-resolved comparisons of glycan microheterogeneity, assessing how terminal galactosylation/sialylation tune catalytic efficiency, muco-interaction, and protease resistance.
