Description GlycoFlux™ human B3GALT5 overexpression glycoengineered cell is a stable cell line engineered to enhance B3GALT5 activity, an enzyme implicated in the biosynthesis of type 1 Lewis antigens. As a glycoengineered model, it enables research on glycan structures elevated in gastrointestinal and pancreatic cancers, providing applications in tumor biomarker and therapeutic studies.
