Description GlycoFlux™ human CPT2 overexpression HEK293T cell line is a stable glycoengineered line that constitutively overexpresses carnitine palmitoyltransferase II (CPT2) to enhance mitochondrial long-chain fatty-acid oxidation. Use it to examine how lipid catabolism and acetyl-CoA/ATP availability remodel ER-Golgi membrane composition, OST throughput, and glycosphingolipid profiles that influence receptor partitioning.
