Description GlycoFlux™ human EPM2A overexpression HEK293T cell line is a stable glycoengineered line that constitutively overexpresses laforin (EPM2A), a dual-specificity phosphatase that prevents glycogen hyperphosphorylation. It provides a tractable system to connect glycogen architecture to donor-sugar availability, ER quality control load, and glycoprotein secretion, while modeling Lafora-linked variants.
