Description GlycoFlux™ human FBP1 overexpression HEK293 cell line is a stable glycoengineered line that constitutively overexpresses fructose-1,6-bisphosphatase-1 to favor gluconeogenic flux. This model is suited for dissecting how glycolysis-to-gluconeogenesis shifts alter hexosamine precursors, branching (MGAT1/2/5) throughput, and sialylation under nutrient or hormonal cues.
