Description GlycoFlux™ human FUCA1 overexpression glycoengineered cell is a stable cell line that constitutively overexpresses FUCA1, the lysosomal α-L-fucosidase responsible for degrading fucosylated glycoconjugates. Elevated FUCA1 enhances intracellular defucosylation and glycan recycling. This model supports fucosidosis pathway research, studies of lysosomal flux impacting cell-surface epitopes, and testing of small-molecule chaperones/inhibitors.
