Description GlycoFlux™ human GALNT7 overexpression glycoengineered cell is a stable cell line that constitutively overexpresses GALNT7, a type II GalNAc-transferase that initiates mucin-type O-glycosylation on Ser/Thr residues. Use it to program site-specific O-glycan initiation, control Tn exposure for downstream core formation, and evaluate effects on ligand binding, shedding, and immune recognition.
