Description GlycoFlux™ human GFUS overexpression glycoengineered cell is a stable cell line that constitutively overexpresses GDP-fucose synthase (GFUS), the NADPH-dependent enzyme that converts GDP-4-keto-6-deoxymannose to GDP-L-fucose. Raising the GDP-fucose pool drives core- and outer-arm fucosylation across FUT pathways, powering studies of ADCC tuning (via core fucose), selectin ligands, and fucose-limited bioprocess optimization.
