Description GlycoFlux™ human LCMT1 overexpression Jurkat cell line is a stable glycoengineered line that constitutively overexpresses LCMT1, the methyltransferase that carboxyl-methylates the PP2A catalytic subunit. Elevated LCMT1 biases PP2A holoenzyme assembly and substrate scope, allowing causal mapping of how PP2A tuning impacts OST activity, Golgi residence of glycosyltransferases, and terminal capping on T-cell receptors. This model supports PP2A-pathway targeted screens to restore hypoglycosylation or reshape checkpoint-receptor glycoforms.
