Description	GlycoFlux™ human PDE3A overexpression Raji cell line is a stable cell line engineered to overexpress PDE3A, a cGMP-inhibited cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase that hydrolyzes cAMP and cGMP. PDE3A regulates cyclic nucleotide signaling duration and amplitude, mediates platelet aggregation, and modulates vascular smooth muscle contraction and relaxation. PDE3A inhibitors are potential therapeutics for congestive heart failure. This model supports cardiovascular research, drug screening, and signal transduction studies.
