1 M cells/vial*2

Description GlycoFlux™ human PGM5 overexpression Raji cell line is a stable cell line engineered to overexpress PGM5, a phosphotransferase involved in G1P↔G6P interconversion, essential both for deriving carbohydrates from G6P and for regenerating G6P from galactose and glycogen. This system supports interrogation of noncanonical PGM roles, pathway redundancy, and carbohydrate routing in cancer metabolism.

Availability Status Made to order
Handling Notes Upon receipt, this product must be immediately transferred from dry ice to liquid nitrogen (-150°C to -190°C) and stored in a liquid nitrogen tank. Cell viability is critically dependent on proper handling. We cannot guarantee viability if these instructions are not strictly adhered to.
Product Disclaimer This product is provided for research only, not suitable for human or animal use. Due to the inherent limitations of infectious agent testing, investigators must exercise extreme caution when handling cells provided by Creative Biolabs, treating all cells as potentially biohazardous.
Target PGM5
Full Name Phosphoglucomutase 5
Alternative Name PGMRP
Location 9q21.11
Gene ID 5239
Summary Phosphoglucomutases (EC 5.2.2.2.), such as PGM5, are phosphotransferases involved in interconversion of glucose-1-phosphate and glucose-6-phosphate. PGM activity is essential in formation of carbohydrates from glucose-6-phosphate and in formation of glucose-6-phosphate from galactose and glycogen.
