Description GlycoFlux™ human PPP1R12A overexpression HEK293 cell line is a stable glycoengineered line that constitutively overexpresses MYPT1, the myosin phosphatase targeting subunit that directs PP1 to myosin light-chain substrates downstream of RhoA/ROCK. It supports investigations of how actomyosin tone remodels Golgi positioning, vesicle trafficking, and receptor endocytosis, and how these physical cues translate into changes in glycan branching, fucosylation, and adhesive ligand display.
