1 M cells/vial*2

Description GlycoFlux™ human PPP1R15B overexpression HepG2 cell line is a stable cell line engineered to produce PPP1R15B, a PP1-binding protein that promotes eIF2A dephosphorylation under stress, aiding translational recovery. It also contributes to membrane trafficking and exocytosis in hematopoietic cells. Variants are associated with microcephaly, short stature, and impaired glucose metabolism. This model supports studies on stress adaptation, translational control, and metabolic disorders.
