Description GlycoFlux™ human PPP1R3F overexpression HEK293T cell line is a stable cell line designed to overexpress PPP1R3F, a regulatory subunit of type-1 protein phosphatase complexes. It controls substrate specificity and targeting, with multiple isoforms generated by alternative splicing. This system supports phosphatase signaling and metabolic enzyme regulation studies.
