1 M cells/vial*2

Description GlycoFlux™ human PPP1R3G overexpression HepG2 cell line is a stable cell line engineered to produce PPP1R3G, a regulatory protein predicted to bind glycogen and PP1, thereby promoting glycogen synthase activity and regulating glucose homeostasis. Localized in the cytoplasm, it participates in fine-tuning glycogen metabolism. This system is suitable for studies on glucose balance, metabolic adaptation, and energy regulation.
