Description GlycoFlux™ human PPP2CA overexpression Jurkat cell line is a stable cell line overexpressing PPP2CA, the alpha catalytic subunit of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A), one of the four major Ser/Thr phosphatases. PP2A negatively regulates cell growth and division through diverse holoenzyme complexes. This system enables detailed studies of PP2A in tumor suppression, T-cell signaling, and glycosylation-mediated control of phosphatase activity.
