Description GlycoFlux™ human ST3GAL2 overexpression Raji cell line is a stable cell line engineered to overexpress ST3GAL2, a Golgi sialyltransferase acting on galactose substrates with overlapping roles in ganglioside and glycoprotein sialylation. This model supports neuronal glycosylation studies, lipid-protein interactions, and the role of sialylation in immune recognition.
