Description GlycoFlux™ human ST6GALNAC6 overexpression glycoengineered cell is a stable cell line engineered to elevate ST6GALNAC6 activity, a sialyltransferase that modifies glycoproteins and ceramides at the cell surface. As a glycoengineered model, it is useful for studying cell adhesion, extracellular matrix interactions, and metastasis mechanisms.
