Description GlycoFlux™ human TRIM7 overexpression Raji cell line is a stable cell line engineered to overexpress TRIM7, a TRIM family E3 ligase with RING, B-box, and coiled-coil domains, localized in both cytoplasm and nucleus. TRIM7 is implicated in glycogen synthesis initiation and exhibits multiple splice isoforms. This model supports ubiquitin signaling, glycogen metabolism, and immune pathway research.
