Glycoprotein Defucosylation Kit

The glycoprotein defucosylation kit contains α-(1-3,4) fucosidase expressed in Escherichia coli, which recognizes α1-3,4 fucosylated glycans and hydrolyzes the terminal fucosyl bonds in glycoproteins to achieve defucosylation of glycoproteins.
