The glycoprotein enrichment kit (phenyl boronic acid) is a tool that can effectively enrich and purify glycoproteins from tissue, blood, serum, plasma, or cell culture medium. The kit uses phenyl boronic acid (PBA) ligands to bind to 1,2-cis diol groups of biomolecules to enrich a heterogeneous group of glycoproteins containing N-linked and O-linked oligosaccharides. The kit is single-use and avoids the problems of column regeneration and cross-contamination.
