Application Notes
Background
Found widely across biological samples, adenosine triphosphate (ATP) is crucial for maintaining systemic homeostasis. By serving as a metabolic node, it integrates diverse biochemical inputs into unified physiological responses. Consequently, thus, accurate determination using this assay supports advanced exploration in biochemistry and molecular biology.
Application
Optimized for high-throughput profiling of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) in functional metabolomics, secondary metabolite profiling, and environmental adaptation research.
Key Features & Advantages
Optimized Reaction Dynamics; Excellent Reproducibility; Ready-to-Use Reagents
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.

2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.

3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
For Research Use Only.
