Application Notes
Background
ATP activity is recognized as a fundamental component in biological systems. Its concentration levels are highly indicative of the functional state and metabolic vigor of the sample. In addition, consequently, robust measurement of this parameter is highly beneficial for comprehensive functional profiling.
Application
Essential for monitoring ATP activity level shifts during molecular biochemistry, metabolic pathway flux analysis, and enzymology studies.
Key Features & Advantages
Robust Assay Design; Easy-to-Follow Protocol; Versatile Application Range
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.
2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.
3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
