Application Notes
Background
The presence and activity of calcium/magnesium-dependent adenosine triphosphatase (Ca2+/Mg2+-ATPase) are closely linked to overall organismal health. Its activity is absolutely required for the proper functioning of muscle contraction and nerve impulse transmission. Consequently, consequently, robust measurement of this parameter is highly beneficial for comprehensive functional profiling.
Application
Ideal for investigating calcium/magnesium-dependent adenosine triphosphatase (Ca2+/Mg2+-ATPase) activity and metabolic turnover during natural product research, growth factor signaling, and developmental morphogenesis studies.
Key Features & Advantages
High Specificity; Broad Sample Compatibility; Ready-to-Use Reagents
Operating Instructions
1. Pre-Centrifugation of Vials: Prior to opening any reagent vials, perform a brief centrifugation to collect all powder or liquids at the bottom of the tubes.
2. Reagent Equilibration & Mixing: Allow all kit reagents and buffers to equilibrate to room temperature (25 °C) before initiating the assay.
3. Sample Storage: If samples are not assayed immediately, please store at -80 °C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
