G1-OC2-K3-E10 is an ionizable lipid designed for the formation of lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) to facilitate the in vivo delivery of mRNA. LNPs formulated with G1-OC2-K3-E10 demonstrate superior performance, effectively enabling four-fold more mRNA copies per LNP to be administered compared to a commercially available benchmark lipid, while maintaining robust expression in mice and non-human primates.
