Description
Lipid M is an ionizable lipid utilized to formulate lipid nanoparticles for RNA delivery. LNPs containing Lipid M exhibited higher protein expression in murine research compared to the benchmark lipid DLinDMA. Lipid M LNPs have shown remarkable efficacy in delivering mRNA molecules in various cell lines, including those expressing ciliary neurotrophic factor, mRNA to retinal pigment epithelium cells after intravitreal injection, and mRNA for intraocular signaling molecules following injection into mouse corneas.
