Product Description	The N-glycoprotein deglycosylation kit (PNGase L) is designed to release N-glycans in solution. PNGase L is a recombinant glycosidase cloned from Flavobacterium akiainvivens that cleaves between the innermost GlcNAc of oligosaccharides and the asparagine residue on the protein, ultimately converting asparagine to aspartic acid, thereby releasing glycans with free reducing ends.
