N-Glycoprotein Deglycosylation Kit (PNGase L)

The N-glycoprotein deglycosylation kit (PNGase L) is designed to release N-glycans in solution. PNGase L is a recombinant glycosidase cloned from Flavobacterium akiainvivens that cleaves between the innermost GlcNAc of oligosaccharides and the asparagine residue on the protein, ultimately converting asparagine to aspartic acid, thereby releasing glycans with free reducing ends.

The N-glycoprotein deglycosylation kit (PNGase L) is suitable for extracting various types of N-glycans from glycoproteins and glycopeptides, including high mannose, hybrid sugars, and complex sugars. The released N-glycans with free reducing ends can be fluorescently labeled to improve the sensitivity of mass spectrometry analysis.
