The O-glycoprotein deglycosylation kit is designed for removing O-glycosylation modification of proteins. The β-Elimination reagent in the kit can effectively promote the detachment of O-glycans from proteins through a β-elimination reaction, thereby achieving deglycosylation. One kit contains O-deglycosylation of 24 samples.
