Product Description The quantitative human CYBβ (glycosylated) sandwich ELISA kit is designed to detect human cytochrome b-245 β polypeptide (CYβb) levels. CYβb is a subunit of the NADPH oxidase enzyme complex, crucial for generating reactive oxygen species (ROS) in phagocytes for antimicrobial defense. Its mutations lead to chronic granulomatous disease (CGD). The kit is suitable for various biological samples such as tissue homogenates, cell lysates. Its sensitivity is 0.086 ng/mL, which can accurately detect low concentrations of CYβb in the sample.
