Product Description The quantitative human RANk (glycosylated) sandwich ELISA kit is designed to detect human receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa B (RANk) levels. RANk is a transmembrane protein. RANk is expressed on osteoclasts, which binds to its ligand, RANKL, which is expressed on osteoblasts. This interaction is crucial for osteoclast differentiation. The kit is suitable for various biological samples such as tissue homogenates, cell lysates. Its sensitivity is 0.074 ng/mL, which can accurately detect low concentrations of RANk in the sample.
