Product Description The quantitative human ULBP2 (glycosylated) sandwich ELISA kit is designed to detect human UL16 binding brotein 2 (ULBP2) levels. ULBP2 is a protein that is a ligand for NKG2D. NKG2D is a receptor on natural killer cells. ULBP2 plays a role in immune surveillance. It is involved in the recognition of stressed cells by the immune system. The kit is suitable for various biological samples such as tissue homogenates, serum, plasma. Its sensitivity is 0.115 ng/mL, which can accurately detect low concentrations of ULBP2 in the sample.
