Specifications
Description
3O413 (Tri-N-(-n-tridecyl-3-(ethyl(methyl)amino)propanedioate chloride) is a proprietary, biodegradable ionizable lipid formulated to create lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for nucleic acid delivery. LNP formulations incorporating 3O413 have shown high efficiency in delivering Factor VII siRNA, achieving significant target gene silencing in a mouse model. This performance demonstrates improved therapeutic efficacy and a superior toxicity profile compared to the non-biodegradable C12-200 LNP formulation.
