Six-reagent Acid Fuchsin G kit for selective staining of glomerular deposits and collagen in renal biopsies.

The A.F.O.G. kit was used to stain kidney biopsies. It can be used in place of the P.A.S.M. kit as it consists of a combination of aniline blue, orange G and acid fuchsin dyes. If the kit is used with formalin-fixed tissue, muscle tissue will be stained red instead of green.
