Recombinant HEK293 cell constitutively expressing full length human SIRPalpha (#NM_080792). Surface expression is confirmed by flow cytometry.
Applications
This cell line is useful for SIRPalpha:CD47 protein binding analyses and screening for antibodies or inhibitors of CD47.
