Researchers at the Creative Biolabs have developed Dunkin Hartley Guinea Pig PBMCs that allows for study in numerous research areas, such as immunology, oncology. The cells can be used for a wide variety of safety assessment and functional assays.
Species character
The Dunkin Hartley guinea pig is a commonly used outbred strain of guinea pig that is employed in a variety of preclinical research in immunology, virology, cardiology, metabolism, and arthritis. Response to tuberculosis is often studied in guinea pigs and more recently, immune cells isolated from guinea pigs have been frequently used to study B cell development and activation, T cell population characterization, and T cell responses.
