Description
The RNA FFPE Tissue Kit is designed for purification of RNA from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. The kit uses special lysis conditions to release RNA from tissue sections and overcome the inhibitory effects of formalin cross-linking to nucleic acids. This kit uses spin columns to purify small volumes of high-quality RNA.
