Human CD155 Recombinant Cell Line, HEK293

CAT#: IOC-LX076
Product Type: Cell
Organism: Human
Description
Creative Biolabs has developed several immune checkpoint stable cell Lines expressing the most popular immune checkpoints to accelerate clients' immunotherapy discovery and clinical translation. Recombinant HEK293 cell line expressing full length human CD155, also known as poliovirus receptor (PVR) or nectin-like molecule-5 (NECL-5). Which can be used in binding assays and functional assay.
Features
Stable cell lines for increased reliability and reproducibility;
Protein expression at the cell surface validated by FACS or WB;
Applications
The CD155/HEK293 Stable Cell Line functions as an antigen-presenting cell (APC) to stimulate TIGIT-specific signaling responses in lymphocytes, such as cell proliferation and cytokine release, or with a TIGIT reporter cell line.
Organism
Human
Strain Name
HEK293
Common Name
CD155
Background
CD155 is a transmembrane glycoprotein receptor belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily. It is highly expressed on dendritic cells, fibroblasts, endothelial cells, and multiple tumor cells including ovarian carcinoma, non-small cell lung, glioblastoma, and colorectal carcinoma. It has a high affinity for a T cell regulatory transmembrane surface protein called TIGIT (T cell immunoglobulin and ITIM domains), and plays a key role in tumor cell invasion and migration. Interaction between CD155 and TIGIT causes immunosuppressive effects on CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, which hinders T cell proliferation and function.

Sterility Testing
Creative Biolabs provides sterility testing in accordance with USP and EP regulations. All of our sterility testing is performed in an isolator or clean room environments. The cell line has been screened using the membrane filtration testing methods to confirm the absence of aerobic, anaerobic and fungi microorganisms.
Identity Testing
Identity testing is required for newly established cell lines. Isoenzyme analysis is used to confirm the identity of the species of a cell line. Alternative methods for identity testing include DNA fingerprinting, STR analysis and karyology.
Virological Safety Testing
A broad range of viruses is susceptible to affecting human cell lines. We can provide in vivo/vitro virus safety assays by utilizing various animal systems. These viruses include: adventitious viruses, bovine viruses, human and simian viruses, porcine viruses, retrovirus and rodent viruses.
Genetic Stability Testing
We perform cell genetic stability studies under ICH guidelines. We can provide guidance on the appropriate testing program upon your requirements.
Mycoplasma Testing
The cell line has been screened using the luciferase based mycoplasma detection kit to confirm the absence of mycoplasma species.
