Human CD80 ELISA Kit, Lot 21AO-170 [Cancer Immune Checkpoint Assay Kit]

CAT#: IOK-05-P081
Product Type: ELISA Kit
Target: CD80
Short Description
The kit is designed for in vitro quantitative measurement of Human CD80 in Cell Culture Supernatant, Plasma, Serum.
Description
For the quantitative determination of human soluble cluster of differentiation 80 (sCD80) concentrations in serum, plasma, cell culture supernates.
Applications
ELISA
Application Notes
Optimal working dilution should be determined by the investigator.
Target
CD80
Reactivity
Human
Detection Method
Colorimetric
Method Type
Sandwich ELISA
Analytical Method
Quantitative
Sample Type
Cell Culture Supernatant, Plasma, Serum
Specificity
This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of human sCD80. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between human sCD80 and analogues was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross-reactivity detection between human sCD80 and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist.

Reagent Preparation
Biotin-antibody (1×) - Centrifuge the vial before opening.
HRP-avidin (1×) - Centrifuge the vial before opening.
Wash Buffer (1×) - If crystals have formed in the concentrate, warm up to room temperature and mix gently until the crystals have completely dissolved.
Standard - Centrifuge the standard vial at 6000-10000rpm for 30s.
Assay Precision
Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): CV%<8% Three samples of known concentration were tested twenty times on one plate to assess.
Inter-assay Precision (Precision between assays): CV%<10% Three samples of known concentration were tested in twenty assays to assess.
