Human IL1B ELISA Kit, Lot 21AO-259 [Cancer Immune Checkpoint Assay Kit]

CAT#: IOK-05-P170
Product Type: ELISA Kit
Target: IL1B
Short Description
The kit is designed for in vitro quantitative measurement of Human IL1B in Cell Culture Supernatant, Cerebrospinal Fluid, Serum, Urine.
Description
For the quantitative determination of human interleukin 1β (IL-1β) concentrations in serum, cell culture supernates, urine, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF).
Applications
ELISA
Application Notes
Optimal working dilution should be determined by the investigator.
Target
IL1B
Reactivity
Human
Detection Method
Colorimetric
Method Type
Sandwich ELISA
Analytical Method
Quantitative
Sample Type
Cell Culture Supernatant, Cerebrospinal Fluid, Serum, Urine
Specificity
This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of human IL-1β. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between human IL-1β and analogues was observed. Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the cross-reactivity detection between human IL-1β and all the analogues, therefore, cross reaction may still exist.
