The CEF-HLA I Control Peptide Pool is a lyophilized mixture of 32 peptides, 8-12 amino acids in length, with sequences from cytomegalovirus (CMV), Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), and influenza virus. The pool consists of defined HLA class I-restricted T cell epitopes from these three viruses, and can be used as a positive control to stimulate T cells. These peptides are restricted by certain highly frequent HLA types (HLA: A1, A2, A3, A11, A24, A68, B7, B8, B27, B35, B44).

Reconstitution
Warm to room temperature (15 - 25°C) before reconstitution. Add pure dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO; ~40 μL, Final concentration (v/v)<1%) and dilute with water to the desired concentration. Protect from light.
The stock solution can be stored at 4°C for one week, however aliquoted and stored at -20°C to -80˚C is more suitable for storing long-term.
