PharmaOnco™ Cell Activation Cocktail (with Brefeldin A)

Cell Activation Cocktail (with Brefeldin A) is a pre-mixed cocktail including phorbol-12-myristate 13-acetate (40.5 µM), ionomycin (669.3 µM), and Brefeldin A (2.5 mg/ml) in DMSO (500X). Activation of cells by PMA and ionomycin leads to an increase in cell surface expression of certain markers such as CD69 and CD154, which can be detected using this cocktail.
