It contains only human-derived or recombinant human proteins. When supplemented with PharmaOnco™ Erythroid Expansion Supplement (100X). This medium supports the expansion and erythroid differentiation of human hematopoietic progenitor cells into CD71+ and Glycophorin A+ erythroblasts in ACF culture conditions.
